Focus topic: Titan Core order questions

The fastest route to a confident order is a precise question. Include the product URL, desired format and the fact you need verified. Titan Core can then answer without guessing which item or record you mean.

Here are the questions that matter most.

1. Is this the current product page?

Ask Titan Core to confirm the stable URL for the exact item. During the 14 August 2026 audit, featured product routes redirected to the homepage, so buyers should not assume that an old or intended URL is currently functional.

The correct page should identify the product, format, availability and restrictions.

2. Which lot is currently available?

Request the lot or batch expected to fulfill the order. If allocation occurs later, ask when the lot will be confirmed and when matching documentation will be available.

3. Which records match that lot?

Ask for the full certificate or laboratory report, not only a promotional badge. Confirm the laboratory, sample, lot, methods, results, units, dates and report status.

Use How to read a peptide COA during review.

4. What did each method evaluate?

Ask the support team to point to the report language rather than summarize with “fully tested.” HPLC and mass spectrometry answer different questions, and neither covers every possible attribute.

5. What are the current ordering and shipping terms?

Confirm:

  • current price and item format;
  • destination eligibility;
  • inventory status;
  • estimated processing and transit;
  • tracking process; and
  • current promotions, if any.

Do not rely on an older social graphic for current pricing or availability.

6. What happens if something does not match?

Ask how to report a damaged package, wrong item, label mismatch, missing record or shipment problem. Request the information Titan Core needs, such as order number, product, lot and photographs.

A clear resolution process is part of the product experience.

7. Which restrictions apply?

Confirm the research-only boundary and any jurisdictional, buyer or product-specific restrictions. Titan Core should not provide dosing, administration or personal-use guidance.

A message buyers can use

“I am reviewing [product name] at [product URL] for an approved research procurement. Please confirm the current format, available lot, matching analytical records, shipping eligibility to [location] and the process for reporting a lot or document mismatch.”

This message gives the team enough context to answer efficiently.

What Titan Core should include in its reply

A useful response should:

  1. restate the exact product;
  2. answer the current-lot question;
  3. attach or link the relevant record;
  4. explain any unresolved status;
  5. confirm current commercial facts; and
  6. name the next step.

That service standard supports the founders' promise of “Research. Quality. Integrity.”
